Collection of Jovanka Broz’ ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/events/collection-of-jovanka-broz/ ) project.\nIvana Pantelić, PhD, is a historian, employed as a research associate at the Institute for Contemporary History in Belgrade and is one of the founders of the Centre for Yugoslav Studies. She independently published the monographs ‘Partisans as Citizens – Social Emancipation of Women Partisans in Serbia 1945-1953’ and ‘The Rise and Fall of the First Lady/Comrade of Yugoslavia, Jovanka Broz and the Serbian Public 1952-2013’. As a co-author with Danilo Šarenac, she published the monograph ‘Two Halves of a Memory: Partisan Diaries as a Historical Source of the Second World War’.\nPhoto: Promo\n
