DESCRIPTION:The guided exhibition tour ‘A Neolithic Night’s Dream’ will be organised in the Museum of Vojvodina every Tuesday and Thursday in August at 6 p.m.\nThe author team of the Museum of Vojvodina and the National Museum of Serbia, including Lidija Balj, MA, and Andrej Starović, organised a unique journey to the ancient world of prehistoric times, to the Neolithic. The exhibition displays the most precious neolithic findings of outstanding beauty from the whole of Serbia, while the results of the recent studies on the prehistoric age of the region have also been presented.\nPart of the exhibition also includes the first realistic presentation of a prehistoric man – the inhabitant of Lepenski Vir, created with the help of modern ‘MetaHuman’ technology, a work by the team of Sofija Stefanović, PhD.\nThe exhibition is implemented within the Fortress of Peace ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/fortress-of-peace/ ) programme arch, while it has been supported by the national platform ‘Serbia Creates’.
