SUMMARY:Novi Sad Comics Weekend / 29 October
DESCRIPTION:The Novi Sad Comics Weekend programme within the Comic Book City starts on Saturday, 29 October, at 11 a.m. with the exchange of vinyl records, comic books and books and continues with the presentation of comic book authors, editions and publishers.\nAt 3.30 p.m., Zoran Pejić from Banja Luka will present editions of the Ninth Dimension. At 4 p.m., Comic Book Fanclub Sombor will present their association and fanzine ‘StripSO025’, while at 4.30 p.m., Saša Papić will present editions by the HAS Comic Book Fans Association. At 5 p.m., Zoran Stefanović will present editions of the Association of Comic Book Artists Serbia, while the comic book author Novica Milivojević will talk about his work at 5.30 p.m.\nThe new 14th edition of the ‘Stripolis’ magazine will be presented and discussed by Branka Đukić at 6 p.m., while at 6.30 p.m., a discussion with the author Mirko Čolak will be held.\nAt 7 p.m., the 10th edition of the ‘Lavenderman’ will be presented and discussed by Toni Faver, Vančo Rebac and Vinko Barić.\nThe discussion with the author Miroljub Milutinović Brada starts at 8 p.m., while at 8.30 p.m., the author Aleksa Gajić will present his work.\nComic Weekend will be closed with DJ sets by Dee Jay Minya Ramone & DJ Dirty at 9 p.m.\nThis year, the Novi Sad Comics Weekend will present the exhibition ‘The Diary of Max von Fafner’. The exhibition will open in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina on 25 October at 8 p.m., while the exhibition will be on view until 17 November 2022. Admission is free.\nThe traditional Novi Sad Comics Weekend takes place on 28 and 29 October in the restored space of the Student Cultural Centre, Fabrika, within the Other? Europe programme arch.
