SUMMARY:Novi Sad Comics Weekend
DESCRIPTION:The Novi Sad Comics Weekend starts this year with the  ‘The Diary of Max von Fafner’  exhibition, which will be a unique opportunity for the audience to see a cross-section by Saša Jovanović, who has been publishing comics for the Delcourt publishing house in France for years. The exhibition will be opened in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina on 25 October at 8 p.m., and it will run until 17 November 2022. Admission is free.\nIn addition to Saša Jovanović, an author of comics and illustrator Dejan Nenadov, curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina Vladimir Mitrović, and author of the exhibition – program editor of Novi Sad Comics Weekend Jovan Gvero will speak at the opening.\nThis is the 16th edition of the Comics Weekend implemented by the Student Cultural Centre of Novi Sad, and the program continues on Friday, 28 October, and Saturday, 29 October, in SCCNS Fabrika. It includes the stock exchange of comics, exhibitions, presentation of local and regional authors and publishing houses.\nOn Friday, 28 October, at 4 p.m., the doors of Fabrika will open, and at the same time, the comic book and record exchange will begin.\nThe program  Saturday, 29 October starts at 11 a.m. with the exchange of records, comics and books, and continues with the presentation of comic book authors.\nThe Comics Weekend will be closed with music sets by Dee Jay Minya Ramone & DJ Dirty.\nThis year’s NS Comics Weekend was supported by the City of Novi Sad, the Provincial Secretariat for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities, as well as the ‘Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation, as part of the Other?
