DESCRIPTION:The concert of the finalists of the ‘Youth Singer-Songwriter Festival 2022’  ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/?post_type=mec-events&p=12859&preview=true )will be held within the Future of Europe  ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/future-of-europe/ )programme unit, in the Cultural Center LAB, on 7 April.\nDuring the four-day workshops at the Cultural Center LAB, young singer-songwriters between the ages of 16 and 26 who have applied for this year’s ‘Youth Singer-Songwriter Festival’ will have the opportunity to collaborate with mentors and prepare for the competition and public performance. Competitors will be evaluated by an expert jury, consisting of Ivana Vukomirović (Iva Manivi), Marko Šelić Marčelo, and Vedran Ferizović (JAL). According to the jury, the prize for the best participants will be the chance to record a song in the professional studio ‘DO-RE-MI’.\nAs part of the festival, on 8 April, musician and writer Marko Šelić Marchelo ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/events/youth-singer-songwriter-festival-2022-concert-of-marcelo/ ) with his band will hold a concert at Dom Kulture at 10 p.m.\nAs part of the Youth Singer-Songwriter Festival, which will be implemented as part of the Future of Europe programme arch, fans of techno sound will be able to apply for workshops of DJing (masterclass), under the mentorship of Vladimir Aćić. The workshops will be held from 2 to 5 April at the Tunnel Club, while 1 April is reserved for a lecture on DJing and production by Miloš Martinov-Lag.
