SUMMARY:‘Following the Thread’ Folk Costume Fashion Show
DESCRIPTION:The folk costume fashion show will be held in the Historical Archives of the City of Novi Sad, on 5 and 6 February, from 7 p.m. The fashion show is part of the ‘Following the Thread’ ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/events/following-the-thread/ ) programme, which is realized within the Migrations  ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/seobe/ )programme arch.\nThe folk costumes of national communities from our region and from the guests, the participants of the professional gathering, will be shown at the fashion show. DJ Yekela, Nebojša Burić, an instrumentalist, Dragana Šipka, a vocal soloist and Folk Dance and Song Ensemble Cultural Centre ‘Mladost’ from Futog, will participate in the musical part of the programme.\nWithin the ‘Following the Thread’ programme, an exhibition of the same name will be opened at the gallery of the cultural and educational institution Cultural Centre ‘Mladost’ in Futog, on 5 February, and will last until 10 March.\nPhoto: Sandra Crepulja\n
