SUMMARY:Find Your Balance! With the Circus?
DESCRIPTION:The ‘Find Your Balance! With the Circus?‘ project by ‘Kreativni pogon’ will take place in Liman Park and in the Liman Cultural Station on 30 April, within the Future of Europe  ( https://kalendar.novisad2022.rs/en/future-of-europe/ )programme arch.\nThe project addresses the topic of psychological balance, intending to raise the idea of introducing circuses in schools. The project is to offer the children, teachers and parents a new type of mental and physical recreation based on modern circus techniques, the balancing in the first place, and make them gain physical and mental harmony. The circus attraction will be an opportunity for lots of residents to get involved in circus activities of walking the wire, on stilts and ball balancing, and for children to become active participants in the centre of the city’s cultural events. The circus workshops will be led by mentors from the Circus School in Timisoara, educated at Brussels Circus School, who will select the children for the final performance in public spaces and cultural stations.\nProgram agenda\nIn the Cultural Station Liman:\nAt 11 a.m. – Public panel discussion on the presence of circuses in schools and as a form of non-formal education. The position and importance of the circus school and the impact of balance disciplines on the psycho-physical health of children. The panel is led by Mira Beba Dobrković.\nParticipants:\nNebojsa Supic – Circus Circone School,\nDragan Jajić Vladisavljev – Creative Drive,\nZef Berišaj – Circus Fuskabo, Ljubljana,\nImre Nagy – Circus School Timisoara,\nWill Borel – International Network of Youth and Social Circus Caravan, Brussels – Zoom,\nSci.
