SUMMARY:Heroines of the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection
DESCRIPTION:The ‘Heroines of the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection’ multimedia exhibition, under the Heroines ( https://novisad2022.rs/%d1%85%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%be%d0%b8%d0%bd%d0%b5/ ) programme arch, will run from 20 May to 17 July in the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection.\nThe exhibition will feature seven women artists from the Pavle Beljanski collection: Nadežda Petrović, Zora Petrović, Ljubica Sokić, Milica Zorić, Vidosava Kovačević, Liza Križanić and Leposava St. Pavlović. The project will also include the presentation of the women photographers and artists who used photography in their works during the second half of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century.\nPhotography was chosen as a medium that connects artists of different styles, from surrealism to conceptual to contemporary artistic practice.
