Children’s Tactile Workshop / Sava Šumanović and European Realism Between the Two World Wars
Children’s tactile workshop by Snežana Nikolić, MA, will be held in the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection on 15 October from 12 p.m. until 1.30 p.m., as an accompanying programme of the ‘Sava Šumanović and European Realism between the Two World Wars’ exhibition.
In the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection, a tactile workshop for young people will be implemented on the occasion of the International Day of the Blind ‘White Cane Safety Day’. As part of the exhibition dedicated to Sava Šumanović, tactile diagrams presented the painting House in an Alley (1933), as a segment of the exhibition intended for the blind and visually impaired. In cooperation with Snežana Nikolić, typhologist of the ‘Milan Petrović’ school, workshop participants will interpret the tactile experience of one of the favourite motifs in the artist’s work through conversation and practical work in the gallery space.
