Exhibition: Paintings by Ena Kerkez and Filip Najdanović
The exhibition of paintings by the students of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Ena Kerkez and Filip Najdanović, is opened from May 17 to 27 in the SKCNS Factory. You can visit the installation every working day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ena Kerkez was born in 1987 in Zrenjanin, and lives and paints in Novi Sad. Her early interests included drawing. Instead, she was building a career as a law graduate, which she put aside in 2021 to enroll at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the class of prof. Basil Zirojevć Lečić. For now, he paints and experiments with different materials and techniques. She participated in the final exhibition of students of the first year of painting at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in 2022. She represented AUNS at the Student Drawing Biennial of Serbia in 2022 and 2023.
Filip Najdanović was born in 2001 and grew up in Šid. He graduated from the “Bogdan Šuput” secondary art school at the department of graphic design. He is currently a second-year painting student at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Since 2022, he has been actively participating in numerous group exhibitions in the country. In his previous work, he explores the theme and motifs of figuration. He devotes himself to studio anatomy, as well as the character of characters, and in portraits he pays attention to psychological states. He pays the most attention to the image in which he currently finds himself, but in addition he explores documentary photography, as well as illustration.
