Lecture: Alejandro Aravena
Due to the great interest of the audience, the professional lecture of one of the most famous architects in the world, Alejandro Aravena, will be held in an additional time, on October 5 in the District, starting at 7 p.m. As part of the Kaleidoscope of Culture architecture week, this winner of the Pritzker Prize, which represents the Nobel counterpart in architecture, will once again socialize with the Novi Sad audience.
He graduated from the Catholic University of Chile in 1992, and until 2005 he was a professor at Harvard. He was appointed an Honorary International Fellow of the Royal Institute of Architecture. His works were awarded the Silver Lion at the Venice Biennale as well as the Gothenburg Sustainability Award. He received the Pritzker Prize in 2016 and was the curator of the 15th Venice Biennale.
