Fashion Connection / 29 April

The fashion show of winning solutions within the public competition of the National Fashion Chamber of Serbia ‘Fashion Connection‘ will be held within the Future of Europe programme arch in the Creative District, in SCC Fabrika on 29 and 30 April.

Through the project ‘Fashion Connection‘, the National Fashion Chamber of Serbia promotes young designers of Novi Sad, Serbia and Europe, with the intent to educate and motivate behavioural changes and to create a positive impact of fashion on today’s society and the future of our planet.

The project includes public calls for the National Competition for Students and Young Designers, the European Competition for Students and Young Designers and the competition for the best creations inspired by the positive impact of fashion on the protection of the environment. The winning solutions will implement a two-day fashion show in the Creative District, on April 29 and 30, with social activism, sustainable design, recycling and circular economy as the theme. The implementation of the project will involve lots of volunteers, who will have the opportunity to gain bits of knowledge on how to organise huge events and improve their skills and competence for international cooperation with peers from Europe.
