Minilinija
You will have a chance to hear the sounds of electronic music in the Suburbium of the Petrovaradin Fortress on the first day of 2022. Minilinija performs at the main stage, in front of the Belgrade Gate, on 1 January at 9 p.m.
The band includes five musicians – Dejan Vučetić (Darkwood Dub), Vladimir Đorđević (Lira Vega, Neočekivana sila), Boris Mladenović (Jarboli, Neočekivana sila, Veliki prezir), Radan Đorđević (DJ Rahmanee) and Vladimir Cinkocki (Genercija bez budućnosti, Goblini, Obojeni program).
The Minilinija band was formed with the aim to articulate the year-long cooperation between these musicians on informal music projects and transfer it to live performances. Free choice and instant processing of original music sequences, and combining with live music and sound processing, give their performance the form of a jam session that uses current club genres and musical expression.
The entrance is free of charge.
The ‘Tesla Light Gallery’ is a product of the creative synergy of several famous international artists from different cities, who are proud of the European Capital of Culture title. A group of artists will take citizens through the inspiring spaces of the Baroque town, transformed through powerful art interventions.
Space installations will reveal the different aspects of light as a tool for artistic expression that puts into focus diverse Tesla’s discoveries, as well as Tesla’s unfulfilled dreams.
The Rainbow Bridge, historic buildings in Beogradska Street and the Belgrade Gate itself – all architectural objects we will pass by – will be transformed into a monumental play of light, movement and sound through fixed, dynamic, wireless and interactive audio-visual lighting technologies, including 3D projections. But words are just not enough here: the light gallery is something you must experience live!
Partner in the ‘Tesla Light Gallery’ project is NIS.
