Northern Revival

Novi Sad stoner band Northern Revival will celebrate its jubilee on Saturday, June 3 – 10 years of work. On this occasion, for the first time in Novi Sad, they will be joined by the band Dungaree from Budapest, and the young hopes of the Novi Sad underground, Jevadh. Tickets will be on sale on the day of the concert at the SKCNS Fabrika ticket office, at a price of 600 dinars. The ticket office and the doors of the Factory open at 8:00 p.m., and the concert will begin at 9:00 p.m.

Northern Revival is a band from Novi Sad, founded in September 2012. If their music has to be labeled with a certain genre, it is the closest to stoner heavy rock, although it is much more than that. In it, you can hear the influences of classic rock and roll, sludge metal, blues, psychedelic rock and stoner rock. They honed and polished their musical expression for 10 years to come up with what defines the band’s sound and style today.

They started their concerts in 2014 and so far have had over 170 performances throughout Serbia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They played at many festivals in the region: Exit Festival, TLO Fest, Alparfeszt (HU), Barock Fest (RO), Gugulan Rock Festival (RO), Kunigunda Festival (SLO), Metal Enduro (RO), Boureque Feszt (HU), Naša Stvar (BiH), United Metal Festival, Serbian Underground Festival, Urban Muse Festival, Wind Rock Fest, etc. They have shared stages with famous bands from their genre: Sasquatch (USA), Bongzilla (USA), Planet Of Zeus (Greece), Greenleaf (Sweden), Dopethrone (Canada), Nightstalker (Greece), 1000mods (Greece), etc.
