Planet Opal

The DJ duo Planet Opal performance, bringing the sounds of electronic music, post-punk and microwave, will take place at the Štrand Pavilion on 24 July at 11 p.m., as part of The Danube Sea programme arch.

Chromatic sounds and pulsating groove: Giorgio Assi (producer, synths and voice) and Leonardo De Franceschi (drums and percussions) find inspiration in the dance-punk and post-disco scene of New York, combining it with kraut-rock surrealism.

They have been part of the MENT festival in Ljubljana, Mondo Festival (New York) and major festivals in Italy! Their live sets are simply irresistible.
