Promotion of the Monograph Edition ‘Bogomil Karlavaris: Painter, Scientist, Pedagogue’

Within the Future of Europe programme arch, the ‘Vojvodina’ Association is planning the promotion of the monograph edition ‘Bogomil Karlavaris: Painter, Scientist, Pedagogue’ in the Gallery of Matica srpska on 28 April.

Bogomil Karvaris was the founder of the Centre for Art Education of Children and Youth of Vojvodina. The book is intended for the professional, scientific and general public, comprising lots of reproduced paintings and twelve texts written by home and foreign experts and connoisseurs of his work. The subject of the first part of the book deals with the paintings by Bogomil Karlavaris, while the second refers to his scientific and pedagogical work.

Participants are emeritus Irina Subotić, PhD, Ervin Dubrović, MA, prof. dr Sanja Filipović, prof. dr Sonja Briski.
