Prosefest – International Festival of Prose
International Festival of Prose ‘Prosefest’ is bringing the most significant international authors, who will guest at the Cultural Centre of Novi Sad, and Novi Sad grammar schools – Laza Kostić, Isidora Sekulić, Svetozar Marković and Jovan Jovanović Zmaj, from 19 to 23 September.
This Kaleidoscope of Culture programme was envisioned as having two writers reading their prose and talking with the audience in 60-minute blocks every night of the festival.
This year’s Prosefest writers include:
László Krasznahorkai (Hungary), Andrew Crumey (Scotland), Aleš Šteger (Slovenia), Venko Andonovski (North Macedonia), Senka Marić (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Kristian Novak (Croatia), Ana Vučković (Serbia), Marjan Čakarević (Serbia)
