Riken Yamamoto | Kaleidoscope of Culture 2024.
This year’s winner of the Pritzker Prize, multi-awarded architect Riken Yamamoto, arrives from Japan.
He has been honored with this prestigious award for his projects that establish a “Threshold” space, which lies between the public and private realms, fostering communities and serving as a bridge for people.
Some of his notable works include Nagoya Zokei University of Art and Design, THE CIRCLE at Zürich Airport, Yokosuka Museum of Art, Future University Hakodate, Saitama Prefectural University and GAZEBO. He has also undertaken projects for mixed-use facilities, public buildings, and residential complexes in China, South Korea, and Taiwan.
On 28 September at 8. 30 p.m, Riken Yamamoto will visit Novi Sad’s District as part of the Kaleidoscope of Culture Architecture Week, and we invite you not to miss the opportunity to hear from one of today’s greatest architects.
Admission is free, but registration is required.
