Stefan i akustični gadovi / Warm Up
The comical self-penned band made up of mostly actors, Stefan i akustični gadovi will perform within the ‘Warm Up’ Festival in public spaces, next to ‘New Nork’, in the passage from the Poštanska Street, on 12 January at 6 p.m.
Stefan i akustični gadovi had their first gig at Street Musicians Festival in 2016. Through an exclusively self-made repertoire, they deal with forgotten everyday issues, coincidences and contemporary problems. They look for song inspiration in neglected topics, deserving of attention, through a unique artistic expression. They call their show ‘Carabets’ because they dramatic elements. The narrative parts between the songs, the constant interaction with the audience, and the choreographies give their performances a theatrical form.
The band consists of:
Darko Radojević, pianist, Eldar Zubčević, guitarist, Aleksandra Lazin, cellist, Staša Blečić, saxophonist, Boris Balan, drummer, Julija Petković, percussionist, Nevena Nerandžić, vocalist, Đorđe Mitrović, rapper and Stefan Ostojić, lead vocals.
On 12 January, the ‘Warm Up’ concerts will take place at several locations across the city. Local artists and bands will thus announce the beginning of the title year, which officially begins with the programme in the Serbian National Theatre on 13 January, with the great event outdoors, and concerts at dozens of locations across the city.
The idea is to present Novi Sad through music on 12 January, and in that manner, warm up the citizens of Novi Sad and its guests for the upcoming events. In addition to Zbogom Brus Li, Gift, Love Hunters, UV, Dragon’s Fuel, Šinobusi, Zbogom Brus Li, Stefan i akustični gadovi, Killo Killo Banda, Klo Klo, Atheist Rap, Plavi ptičić, and Josip A Lisac, will perform within the ‘Warm Up’ festival.
