The Exhibition ‘The Use of Man’ | Kaleidoscope of Culture 2024
As part of this year’s Kaleidoscope of Culture, we will dedicate ourselves to the work of Novi Sad’s great Aleksandar Tišma on the centenary of his birth. During the Literature Week in the District, at the Proizvodnja facility, you will have the opportunity to visit the interactive exhibition ‘The Use of Man’ as part of Tišma’s Pavilion. The exhibition is open for viewing from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 2 PM and from 4 PM to 8 PM.
The exhibition will symbolically portray the universal experience of war through three sections, leading us from the pre-war, relatively peaceful period, through the war atmosphere of the camps and destruction, to the post-war era, exploring the transformation of collective and individual experiences and perceptions.
Be sure to attend the Literature Week of the Kaleidoscope of Culture on 13 and 14 September, since the exhibition, by authors Mina Aleksić and Ljiljana Kuzmanović, offers a unique perspective on the most famous work of the great writer. Collaborator: Jovana Reba.
Entrance is free.
As the most significant regional art event and the best European Trend Brand, the Kaleidoscope of Culture, for the seventh time, brings together global stars, greats of Serbian art, emerging creators, and the independent art scene.
