My Radio

Training and lectures entitled ‘My Radio’ will take place in the Liman Cultural Station on 13 and 14 September as part of the Kaleidoscope of Culture.

The project aims to educate young people so that they gain enough general knowledge to create their own media through training and lectures. The aim is to broaden the participants’ experience regarding the formal part, as the basic format of every radio station and the history of radio. Participants will undergo training in audio processing. For two days, interactive lectures and a detailed description of the production of radio elements through examples in practice.

The project will be divided into a two-day lecture:

Day 1

Narrator: Srđan Žikić

What is the radio? Short history and development. What are the elements of a radio? Basic radio formats today.

Day 2

Lecturers: Miroslav Novaković

The basic radio elements and their production.

The project is part of the ‘Artists. Now!’ national call for artists, launched by the ‘Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation within the Kaleidoscope of Culture.

From the very beginning, the implementation of the ‘Artists. Now!’ call has been supported by IDEA, which is part of the Mercator-S company.
