Children’s Programme in the Comic Book City

The world of comics for children and young people is brought to life during the next two weekends, 22-23 and 29-30 October, from 11 a.m. in the District. at the Liman Cultural Station.

As part of the children’s programme during the ‘Comic Book City’, there will be screenings of animated films, operas for children, workshops and a comic playground, where children and young people will be able to play with different objects and installations and thus experience comics in an innovative way.

Programme:

Comic Playground /  21 – 30 October / putting the details into a comic story, a bicycle that will be able to ride, a place to take photos in a comic book

Comic Book Games on the Façade/ 22 – 23 and 29 – 30 October / from 7 p.m. to midnight – within the Comic Playground

‘Baš-Čelik’/ 22 and 23 October / 11 a.m. – opera for children

‘Predić as a Comic Book Hero’ / 29 October / 11 a.m. – workshop for young people (ages 15 to 30), part of the ‘Uroš Predić for Everyone’ project

‘Little Film Front’/ 30 October / 11 a.m. – screenings of short animated films / ages 6 to 10.

‘Comic Book City’ is the whole of the Other? Europe  programme arch and will be held from 7 October to 27 November during the European Capital of Culture title year.
